I don't hear any sound

Turn up the volume and check that the ring and silent switch, or the Action button's silent mode, is off. Guitar Pocketbook plays through the speaker or whatever headphones are connected.

How do I change the chords on the pad?

Open Settings and choose a chord set. The pad shows its six chords, and the app remembers your choice. While a song plays, the pad shows that song's chords instead.

How do I find a chord that isn't on the pad?

Open Search and type its name or its sound, like Dsus4, minor or seventh. Tap it and it plays on the fretboard, with a chord set that has it.

Why does the fretboard put high E on top?

That's how guitar tab is printed: high E on top, low E at the bottom. Learning it this way means every songbook and tab reads the same as the app.

What does folding do on iPhone Duo?

Folded like a book, the neck and chords sit on one screen and the sound controls on the other. Open it flat and the guitar's body unfolds across the hinge, and the sound grows wider and brighter. Closed, the outer display keeps a full chord pad.
